On your store (shoppers)

The RenderX viewer sets no cookies. It also stores nothing in the browser's local storage or session storage. The only identifier is a random session id that lives in the page's memory for one tab and disappears when the tab closes. So the storefront part of The RenderX needs no cookie consent. The RenderX Catalog embed sets no cookies either, and stores nothing in the visitor's browser.

Your store and Shopify may set their own cookies; those are covered by your store's and Shopify's policies.

In the Shopify admin (the embedded app)

The app inside your Shopify admin uses Shopify's session tokens, not cookies of ours.

On our dashboards and this website

We use only strictly necessary cookies, needed for login and security. None is used for analytics or advertising.
