• Etsy Shop Data: Data retrieved via the Etsy API (such as shop name, shipping profiles, and shop sections) necessary for the operation of the service.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our application to help us improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• Providing and maintaining the service.
• Facilitating the creation of draft listings on your behalf via the Etsy API.
• Notifying you about changes to our service or security alerts.
• Providing customer support.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal or shop data to third parties. Your proprietary catalog data, sales metrics, and listing structures are kept strictly confidential. Furthermore, we do not use your private shop data to train generalized public AI models.

4. OAuth Authentication

We use official Etsy OAuth connection to link your shop. This means we never see, process, or store your Etsy password. We only receive an authentication token that grants us the specific permissions requested during the authorization flow. You may revoke this token at any time natively inside Etsy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to execute your Right to Erasure and permanently delete your workspace account and associated data, please contact our privacy support team at privacy@redrafto.com.
