1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Redrafto solely for the purpose of preparing draft listings for your own legally owned and operated Etsy shop. You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any established Etsy Seller Policies or API Terms of Use.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service infrastructure.
• Generate drafts containing illegal, deceptive, or prohibited items.

3. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Redrafto provides workspace-driven workflow assistance and AI-assisted data preparation. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, sales volume, or financial outcome on the Etsy marketplace resulting from the use of our service or suggested tags/titles.

4. User Responsibility

Redrafto strictly creates Draft listings. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review these drafts within the native Etsy interface before publishing them. The user assumes all liability for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any listing published to their shop.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
