On these themes, the The RenderX 3D gallery embed finds your product gallery automatically and slides the 3D ring in as the first image. This list comes live from our theme settings, so it is always current.
- Dawn
- Horizon
- Impulse
- Prestige
- Symmetry
- Minimog
- Focal
- Motion
- Broadcast
- Be Yours
- Kalles
- Ella
- Turbo
Dawn support also covers most of Shopify's free Online Store 2.0 themes, which share its gallery.
On Horizon themes, the 3D slide gets its own thumbnail, but no dot of its own in the slideshow dots. Shoppers reach it from the thumbnail or by swiping.
Not listed?
The embed also tries a general search for your gallery, so it often works on themes not listed here. To check, open Settings → Product page → Check my product page in the app. If your gallery isn't found:
- add the 3D block yourself, which works on every Online Store 2.0 theme; and
- click Ask us to support your theme. When we add a theme, it reaches every store using it without an app update.
Vintage themes
App embeds and app blocks need an Online Store 2.0 theme. On a vintage theme, switch to a free 2.0 theme such as Dawn, or contact us.
